Week 4: Chocolate

Our 4th week was spent learning to temper chocolate, and making chocolates. Monday was spent tempering chocolate, so we didn't produce anything. Our buffet was pretty measly, partially because of this. It wasn't such a fun week, I don't like working with chocolate, so I don't have much to say about it...

  3. sorry you didn't get to make very much....BUT, it looks pretty amazing!!! and, I'm sure it was incredibly delicious! Love the caramel chocolates and that cool lily pad!!!
